You are very welcome to the Clevedon District Snooker League's Website. We will soon be playing the 2025-26 season, so if you would like to take part please contact Mark Adams on the email in the footer for more information. The league is a very friendly one and all skill levels are welcome.
Throughout the close season the 2023-24 data has been added to the database. Previous data was unfortunately deleted during Covid as the website was not maintained and everything was lost - it takes a lot of time to add all the detail! Sadly not all scorecards were returned to the Sports Secretary - the digital age is great, but results by text or email can go missing when phones change. It is really important that all captains ensure scorecards are correctly completed with both forename and surname - too many Daves in this league - and that the actual scorecard is returned.
If you spot any information you feel is incorrect please contact Mark Adams so it can be fixed. The spelling of players names are as provided by team captains when the player first plays, so it is very important that these are correct when provided.
The Clevedon District Snooker League currently has seven teams playing out of three venues. We would love to have more teams and venues, so please do get in touch if you want to play - we can accomodate new teams or inividual players could join an established team.
The competitions we play are the Winter League, team Knock-Out Cup, Pairs Cup, individual Monty Cooper Cup and individual Handicap Cup.
The website will always be evolving as more information is added and new ideas are implemented, so please check back regularly. Pages will appear as they are built and tested, however if you have an idea for the site please do contact Mark Adams with your suggestion (see footer at the bottom of the page for details) and he will do his best to incorporate it into the site.
Recently the 2023-24 data was added providing extra data for Player Pages. All player pages with data have a full list of all their singles frames, details for each season for cups and pairs frames, a head-to-head table to see how the player fares against other players and a full list of their breaks over 20. There is also a page dedicated to their statistics, incorporating how many points they have scored and how many frames they have won or lost.
